Wow!  What an amazing January for Sunrise Homes!  We wrote four contracts for new homes in our Gallatin Heights and Oak Springs Subdivisions.  Thanks to those Buyers!  In addition, we just sold our one existing home yesterday.  That's five new sales for January!

Holy busy week!  Today, Saturday September 12, 2009, I am out at Gallatin Heights in the Sunrise Homes models (http://www.sunrisehomesmt.com) hoping to catch some residual traffic off of Andy Ebbighausen’s spectacular entry in this year’s Parade of Homes.  Congratulations Andy on another amazing Ebbighausen home.  We appreciate you choosing Gallatin Heights (http://www.gallatinheights.com) to build your Parade Home this year.  Sunrise Homes models are open all weekend from 10am to 6pm.  We will also be having our Grand Opening next Saturday September 19 from 11am to 3pm.  If you can’t make either weekend, we are here daily from 10am to 6pm.  I want to put out a huge THANK YOU to everyone who got these models complete and finished the YourHome design center.  Everything looks amazing!  Also, a giant thanks to my mom, Ruthmary, for helping me out this weekend.  And you thought you made it out of real estate years ago!  Guess not!  Here are some photos of the design center.  Doesn’t it look amazing?

Wow!  It is dizzying out here at Gallatin Heights.  The models are almost finished and it’s like a swarm of locusts (not in a bad way!) have descended upon us!  We have just gotten our first three flags up today.  Six more to go!  They look so good.  It will be pretty hard not to notice us now as you are driving by the community.  The houses are coming together beautifully!  The carpet and pad is being laid, the fixtures are being installed and the final touches are happening.  I had a very busy Sunday yesterday with people coming by and looking at the models.  I am so excited that as of next week, everything will be complete!  The design center is absolutely incredible and will be such a huge benefit to our home Buyers.  What a convenience to have that kind of choice all in one location!  If you haven’t already thought about it, you really need to come check this out!  Sunrise Homes is offering the Gallatin Valley a home like none other ever offered!  So much square footage for such affordable prices and CHOICE, CHOICE, CHOICE!
